Money has always been at the forefront of Jason’s mind. As far back as he can remember, people always came to him whenever they needed money to borrow. For years he would help as much as he could without profiting from these transactions. 

 A few years ago, a friend approached him about a friend of hers who needed an emergency loan.  He was skeptical because he didn’t know the individual, and the amount needed was more than he would normally lend.

His friend assured him that she knew the borrower quite well. She suggested that he charge interest on the loan and pay her a portion of the interest for ensuring the loan was repaid in full and on time. They both agreed and it was done. After meeting and interviewing the borrower, Jason agreed to enter into business with his friend.

The borrower repaid the loan without an issue.  Jason felt relieved and was happy that he made a profit from the venture. He honored his commitment and paid his friend her portion of the interest as agreed. Later that day she returned with another lending proposal and the similar arrangements were made to share the profit.  Before he knew it, customers were lining up and business was booming.  

Unfortunately, things don’t always go as planned and the young lady severed ties with Jason, taking some of their clients with her. Her departure placed a dent in his business as he was now without some of his committed clients.  

In December 2020, during one of our everyday conversations, we discussed business plans and the steps to get things started to make it legitimate.  We both have a passion for helping people, and this business would have given us an opportunity to provide a service that so many people desperately need.  We both didn’t have a clue where to begin. However we went searching and started working on this super exciting task. 

Fortunately we found all the information needed, and we put our Loan Business plans in motion. We played around with names and finally agreed on “On The Spot Loans LLC”.  We registered the business on sunbiz.org, and waited for the confirmation. It took a few days to be approved and we carried on with the next steps that needed to be done. 

One year later we are heading to the next level! On the Spot Loans LLC is a customer service driven lending company with the satisfaction of our customers at the forefront of all our decisions.
